Lead Supply Chain

Hardware lives or dies on supply chain. You are the person who makes sure the parts the CTO designs around can actually be bought, at the right price, at the right quality, on time.

This is a hands-on role at a pre-seed / seed stage company. You will personally source the first parts, run the first POs, sit in on quality issues, and travel to suppliers. As we scale, you build the team and the systems.

• Source actuators, batteries, force sensors, lightweight materials and structural components
• Build and maintain the BOM with engineering, including cost roll-ups for unit economics
• Identify and qualify contract manufacturers in EU and Asia
• Own incoming inspection, supplier quality, and basic production planning
• Manage cash-sensitive POs and lead times — we are a startup, every euro matters
• Set up the operational backbone (ERP-lite, traceability) we will scale on

• 5+ years in hardware supply chain, manufacturing operations, or sourcing
• You have personally taken a product from prototype to small-batch production
• Strong on BOM management, supplier qualification, and incoming QC
• Comfortable with both EU and Asia supply bases
• Startup-ready: hands-on, scrappy, fine without a team under you on day one

• Background in robotics, medical devices, drones, EVs, or adjacent complex hardware
• Experience setting up supply chain for a CE-marked product
• Lean / Six Sigma practical experience (not just certifications)
