ATLAS exo / 001
Human strength was
never the limit.
ATLAS exo is a powered exoskeleton designed to eliminate physical strain, reduce injury and multiply human capability.
The Problem
Every year, millions of workers suffer preventable physical injuries from lifting, carrying and repetitive strain.
The Product
Built for the work that builds the world.
Lift heavier
Up to 40 kg of assistive force across both arms.
Move longer
Eight-hour continuous shift on a single battery.
Recover faster
73% reduction in measured muscular fatigue.
Field
Real work. Real environments.
Tested every day, in the conditions where strength actually matters.

How it works
Load travels through the frame, not the body.
The exo transfers force away from muscles and joints through a structural carbon-and-steel frame. Weight enters at the hands and exits at the ground.
Wrist cuffs lock the load to the frame.
Cuffs at the wrist couple the carried object directly to the forged-aluminum frame. The hand grips for control, not for weight — from the moment of contact, 100 % of the load is on the exo.
Operational Sequence
Load enters the frame through grip-coupled wrist cuffs.
Lat: 0.002 ms
Safety
Strength without compromise.
Redundant systems
Dual control units and fail-safe joint locking.
Battery protection
Isolated cells, thermal shutdown, IP67 enclosure.
Emergency release
Single-motion mechanical disengage at the spine.
Industrial certifications
ISO 13482, ANSI/ITSDF B56.5, CE Machinery.
Designed for daily use
10,000-hour service interval. Field-replaceable parts.

Field testimony
“After 25 years on the floor, my back finally caught a break.”
Vision
Physical labor is evolving.
The steam engine amplified machines.
Computers amplified information.
ATLAS amplifies people.
