Co-founder & Head of Product

This is a co-founder role. You are the voice of the operator inside the company. You will spend more time in warehouses, fulfillment centers, and on factory floors than in the office — watching people work, talking to floor leads, and feeling the problem yourself.

You translate that into product decisions: what ATLAS does, how it feels, how an operator puts it on at the start of a shift and takes it off at the end. You own design-partner relationships from first conversation through pilot.

• Embed with operators in warehouses, DCs, and industrial sites across the EU
• Define the product spec for ATLAS in collaboration with the CTO
• Own the first 5–10 design-partner relationships from intro through paid pilot
• Run the discovery → pilot → iteration loop on real sites
• Shape the operator experience: fit, donning, controls, feedback, daily wear
• Co-own the GTM motion with the CEO until we hire dedicated commercial roles

• 5+ years in product, ideally in hardware, industrial, or operations-heavy environments
• You have shipped a physical product that real users wear, hold, or operate
• Genuinely comfortable on a warehouse floor — not in a suit, in steel toes
• Strong written communication and product judgment
• Founder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, willing to be employee #3

• Background in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial design
• Experience with B2B hardware sold into operations buyers
• Dutch / German / French in addition to English
